Kaylie is a seasoned digital media professional who kick-started her career at Strange Music Inc. from 2017 to 2020. Armed with a BA in Business Administration from UMKC, she ventured into the tech startup realm as a Marketing Strategist for Bellwethr, where her passion for building and shaping customer funnels ignited. In late 2020, she took the leap, founding Motion House as a video production company with a 3600 sq ft studio in the vibrant West Bottoms of Kansas City. Since then, major strides at Motion House has been nurtured by a thriving small business network, propelling the team’s growth to include key roles in Creative, Operations, and Experience.

Cole Davis has a decade of experience in photo and video content creation. Starting as a freelance videographer, he captured concerts, festivals, events, and music videos. In 2016, he joined Strange Music in Kansas City, where he honed his skills in directing and cinematography with high-profile artists. He co-founded Motion House Studio in January 2020, serving local businesses and big names like the Kansas City Chiefs, UMKC, & more.
